No existing customer service
I now know why everyone is complaining about KING PRICE and there claims process they are quick to take your money every month but once you wanna claim they take their time its been 6 weeks and still i have to phone them all the time to get feedback on what is happening with my car im lucky if i get throw to them because they will never phone you back and most of the time they just transfer you from one *********** person to another. The management is none existing they get paid to sit around and never get back to you the same as there *********** staff!!
