No discussion or asking me reasons about a returned debit order. Just called and told me that a special debit is arranged for the 9th. I couldn't even get a chance to change my banking details. I kept telling agent I'm struggling to hear them due to background noise but he just kept on talking. First time I experience an agent that doesn't give me a chance to talk. Kindly change my banking details
