No customer service - KINGPRICE
I contacted KingPrice Home Assistance due to an issue with my db board tripping. They sent out an electrician that efficiently tracked and resolved the electrical issue but broke a water pipe in my pool pump(lost half the water in my pool) It has now been more than 1 week and I have had to call King Price every day holding for 20-30 minutes being promised by supervisors that the issue will be resolved ASAP. and still nothing. Not only will I have to pay to refill the pool, but I have not been able to use the pool in over a week and can't run the pumps so breeding misquotes now as well. The worst customer service I have received in a long time.
