No Customer Service
On 7 April 2021 I've signed up with King Price due to my current insurance that's increasing again. My current insurance is R631 which is the same amount as the insurance quote you provided. According to me I can just stay where I am.. The big reason for moving from one insurance to another is to save money not to pay the same. A lady phoned me last week and said the retention department will phone me ever since, no response? I would like this matter to be solved urgently.
