No customer care

I am unimpressed with the lack of communication from King Price insurance. I have emailed them on the 13th of April 2016 to *** and on 25 April 2016 to *** and again on 26 April 2016 to both *** and *** in regards to cancelling my policy. I have given them more than 30 days notice, there is no fax number, so I am unable to fax them. I have also tried phoning ***but keep on being cut off. Hopefully my policy gets cancelled!
