NO COVER

I bought a new vehicle from Shiraz auto. I signed up with virgin insurance. About three weeks later bsure insurance called and offered a better deal from king price. About a month and half ago I phoned in for a cracked windscreen. King price wanted the history of the vehicle from virgin insurance before proceeding with claim. Virgin says that there is no history as we have been with them for only three weeks. I have had no joy since because king price says that I can't prove the windscreen was damaged before joining them. It does not make sense because they didn't bother inspecting the vehicle when I signed with them but when I have a claim they refuse help. They were quick to sign me up and took months of my money but now there's nothing I'm getting out of it. I have now decided to fix the windscreen at my own cost as all King Price can do is beat a quote to get your money but can't honor a claim . Very Disappointed. Please don't bother getting involved with them.
