No communication or follow up on repairs and delays on original repair completion date

I was in a accident on the 18th of April, where a truck drove into the back of me. I was sent to Auto magic panel beaters in Montague gardens. They told me to drop the car off on the 24th of May after the claim was approved. Both King price and Auto magic assured me that they would keep me updated on the progress. Once I dropped the car off, I was sent a message that my estimated completion dated was the 7th of June. I heard nothing from King price or Auto magic. On the 6th of June I called Auto magic. They said someone would call me back, but no one did. I called back on the 7th, and was told that there was a delay and that my car would only be ready sometime the following week. It is now the 13th, I called back to find out when my car would be ready and was told that my car was still being worked on and that it would only be ready some time next week. Which will be 2 weeks from the original completion date sent to me. King price should really do a better job of tracking repair progress and perhaps appoint more professional panel beaters for repairs as the combination of the delays and complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating
