No communication nor Feedback

I have never had to call people everyday asking for information that should be automatically sent to me. I call in everyday and promised a call back which for 3 weeks never received not even a single one. Yesterday was the last draw where i was told all is done will have feedback by close of day. <br> <br> It is no surprise that i sit here now with no feedback once again. Well done on such exceptional terrible communication.
