No communication no returning of calls.

I’m a new customer to this insurance company but already I wanna switch to another insurance.Lack of communication and no one comes back to you.I had a claim of a windscreen,front bumper and right hand side tyre.They say my claim is less than my access and I emailed and called several times to ask where did they go cause what I’m getting is way more than my access.I would like to get the quotations they got so that I can go there and fix my car.Also when my car came back from the storage it was left with windows open,with the interior extremely dirty.This is how other people’s property is treated.
