No claims - Yet premiums gradually sky rocket
Why has my monthly premium increased by 6%, as opposed to the stated 4% on my anniversary letter?<br> My car depreciates as I drive it, yet, my comprehensive cover has gone up by 13% since last year. Hail cover has gone up by 45%. You have now excluded car hire from my policy without any justification and my specified accessories has gone up by 141%!!! Fix this mess right now and stop playing around with my policy!

03 Feb 2015, 09:36Hello osekhute,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. Please understand that there are a lot of factors that go into a premium increase. These include factors such as changes to your risk profile and claims history to just name a few.
That said, we always want to make sure you are getting the best possible deal, so I have sent a copy of your message on to the manager of our retentions division who will be in touch shortly to discuss your policy.
Royal regards,
