NO CHEAP INSURANCE, JUST BAD SERVICE

i was involved in an accident on the 24th December 2014, on my way to Durban. The first thing after the accident, that i did was to call the insurance which is King Price Insurance. They immediately dispatched a tow truck to the scene of accident, it was after the Hoek Toll Plaza. <br> <br> Strangely, they were not concerned about continuation of my trip. they instead told me they will organise a cab for me, but i will have pay R250 as the cab was a R1000. i then decided to call a friend to pick me up. The vehicle was towed to Denneysville in Vereeniging. The 29th December i decided to follow up and was surprised that i had to start a claim on that day. Weeks went by without a word, i called and a lady by the name of Naseema Ismail was dealing with my claim. she said they were short stuffed and they will proceed with the claim. i followed her up again, as she had promised to call and never did. she told me, the claim was almost done, they looking for statements of my passengers. i was then called by the towing company, who puzzled that the insurer hasn't contacted them and the car was still there. anyway, their non response was a pattern. today, its the 28th of january i don't have a car
