NO CAR since 15 December 2015

I had an accident on 15 Dec 2015. On 16 Dec 2015 the vehicle was moved from the accident scene to King Price yard.<br> On 18 Dec I was fortunate enough to get through to King Price to report the accident to their claims department. The procedure was explained plus the access payment amount. They sent a sms to the assessor informing them to check their workbench and also included the claim no CKP***/1 to do an evaluation. <br> On 6 JanI again called to find out the status quo. Could not get through. I then sent an e-mail and received a response from them apoligising the silence and informed me that they have received the assessment report and that they are busy with validating the claim.<br> On 13 Jan I sent another email and received sms indicating that they are still busy with the claim and will be in touch.<br> On 21 Jan I called and spoke to one of the consultants who sounded very non-committal and could only inform me that the file is with her \boss\".<br> On 26 January I called again and spoke to a consultant who actually new what one was talking about and gave me the direct contact no of the manager. I then spoke to him and was informed that they are waiting for Santam's report."
