No call back or claim processed

My car recently got ****** and recovered by my tracking device service provider. I called the insurance and notified them of such. <br> <br> The following day, I called the insurance to have my car towed from the police impound and taken back to their selected panelbeater and assessment center, Proline in Wynberg(North of JHB) and I am in the west(Aprox 60km from me, they said they would find the nearest to my house, THIS IS NOT THE CASE). The claims consultant I assume said that my claim was being processed, when I called again Today they said no claim has been registered, my car has been at the panel beater for two weeks now and I still haven't received feedback. When I got transferred to the claims department, the phone dropped. This has happened three times in the last 2 weeks. It is like they don't want to process my claim at all, while I am stranded without a car and my car has not even been repaired yet, but the panel beaters sent the quote to the insurance and myself.<br> <br> This is really frustrating! Could it be that because they are new to the insurance industry that professionalism isn't part of their mission strategy?
