No assistance or feedback to customers
By far the worst experience I have had with insurance! I was asked to send through documents regarding my claim. I was told it would be reviewed the day I email them. But it has been 5 days since I sent it to King Price and I have not received any feedback, not even an acknowledgment that the documents were received. It has been a month since my accident and I am stuck without a vehicle. Now I have no information about the progress of my claim. I have not received any assistance.
