Nightmare at King Price Insurance

I've been with this insurance since 2010 never missed a premium, now that I need to claim its been nothing but a nightmare. I was involved in an accident and submitted my claim and it was approved they took my car to a panel beater only to have more problems when it came back.

The car was leaking oil and rattling sound in the engine compartment. I've been calling and I can't get hold of the agent (Maletsatsi Makoanyane) who is supposedly handling my case when I ask to speak to her manager they tell me the manager is not available.

Their service is really bad no one has answers or updates you on anything. I wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone, and if you are thinking of joining them for the low prices DON'T. I am moving to another insurance company.
