I called KingPrice Insurance at 17:55 this afternoon, I was assisted by a lovely lady named Nhlanhla Phungula. The purpose of my call was to update a few details to my policy. For a lady who supposed to have left the office at 18h00, she made my day, I RECEIVED phenomenal service the left me with a smile at the end my day. Thank you KingPrice for having such wonderful and helpful individuals like Nhlanhla Phungula who keeps us smiling after a long day at work.
