New policy with the King,

I took out an Insurnace policy with the King, upon recieving my policy document schedule i noticed that in the comprehensive cover a hired car in an event of an accidnet was not included. I called the sales agent that helped me (Gregg) and he efficiantly said he will transfer me to their retentions division.
