New Policy with King Price

Kyle ***rie assisted me with a quote for insurance. When I had difficulty contacting the retention department Kyle also responded immediately after I emailed him and connected me to the correct person. My only complain is that the first quote wasn't the best offer I could get. I first had to go through the process of requesting a cancellation before I got a better offer.

I'm at this point not convinced that the client care from King Price is good enough. The app has an option to request a call back, but nothing happened. I had to call client care myself before my question was answered.
