Never will King price hear from me again

Good day Today i am very angry with king price insurance. I got an quote from them in january, everthing looked very good and they told me that i have to let them know before the end of February if i am satisfied with the quote or do i want to cancell otherwise the monthlt premium would go off at the 1st of March. At the 10th of Februarie, i wrote an email to the client care - *** that i want to cancell the policy and attached my policy number. Now, the 2nd of March the monthly premium went off, after i cancelled the policy and I am a student, i didnt budget for that big of an amount to go off King price are very fast to call you on the phone to sell something to you but when you want something cancelled they are now where to be found. I am very angry!
