NEVER use King price insurance. Their "comprehensive' plans are a lie.
Absolute trash company.
"Comprehensive insurance" - at replacement value.
That's what I was sold.
Instead - They take 10% of the value of the replacement - so forget "replacing" the vehicle.
They also won't do anything to recoup things when you're clearly not in the wrong. Meaning that if someone tries to kill you and it causes you loss and harm, you're on your own and this company is happy to leave you carrying the cost of the legal and financial issues.
So , I am now covering medical, surgery, the loss on the bike and more. And I am the victim
And I get to pay King price R17000 out of my policy as well as the R750 a month insurance too.
Forget the warranty I put on the bike, as well as the actual purchase price of the bike.

Someone else breaks the law, almost kills me in doing so, I do everything I can to avoid a crash. I get you multiple witnesses and images to prove it, even a testimony from the person who admitted to wrong doing.
But I am the one who is now going to be paying off this damage and loss for a long, long time.
On top of that your team had no clue what was going on. I was asked to assess a bike you approved delivery of somewhere else. you assumed there was no warranty when I extended the warranty for another 2 or 3 years when I got your policy.
You didnt know you approved transport of the vehicle. I can go on.
Just trash from the lying salesman to the delivery of the "service" - "congratulations on your crash, we're not going to give you enough money to replace the bike, and we're still going to take a portion of that so we can make a fortune off your tragedy. We're also going to let the person who almost killed you and broke the law get away with it with zero consequences while you have all the consequences. "
