Never receive documents the first time

Every single time I request my updated policy documents from King Price, I never receive them, I always have to nag a second or third time before they send the documents to me. I have requested my claims history more than 3 times over the last few weeks and still waiting for them to send it to me. Today I asked for a quote for an additional car, and they just send me the summary page showing me how much my total premium will be without giving a breakdown. I am sick and tired having to constantly nag them to send the correct documents, or to send them at all, something so basic should be really simple yet it frustrates me to the point that I want to switch to a different insurer and even pay more just for the convenience.
