NEVER GIVE THE YOUR BANKING DETAILS
On January 27 I did a quote and took insurance from King Price via Oaksure brokers, within few minutes got a cheaper insurance, I immediately called to have the policy cancelled , , however Kingprice went on to try and debit my account , unfortunately or fortunately didn't have enough funds , so my bank charged me R115 for the unpaid debit order. Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
