Never Ever Insure Your Cellphone With Them
NEVER EVER insure your phone with them. I insured an iPhone in 2021 worth 14k and their premiums kept increasing but never had a problem with that. I claimed today 01 February 2024 and guess what? They giving me an iPhone 11 which is worth 10k today but I have to pay premiums which still equates to the same iPhone I bought 2021. Mind you iPhone 11 won't be supporting IOS new versions coming soon so basically I will be using a useless phone and paying higher premiums plus excess. Trust me never insure your smartphone with them. Check the other reviews in relation, it's true
