Never deliver on their promises!!

My car had a malfunction on Thursday and if was towed. Friday the technician phones me to give me a diagnosis, the car needs a software update amongst other things as it wasn't driven for too long during the lockdown. During the lockdown my car was always started atleast 3-4 times a week especially for battery purposes. There was no point a neglected or didn't take care of my car like any driver. Fast forward I'm in a crisis i phone king price as my premium includes courtesy car they are declining, it's their sales person who recommended I include courtesy car on my premium. Instead I'm told I should have read page 111 and my problem isn't included. I'm confused now that every driver must be liable to the problems causes by the lockdown. Not once did king price say they wont be liable for anything caused my lockdown. Now I was faced with a challenge of not having a car on month end and that put me in serious financial distress. This isn't the first they do this to me they assured me things would be better but look where I'm at now As much as the first matter was eventually resolved I suffered so much not only financially but mentally too. The whole point of having an insurance is to prepare for times like these but when crisis time comes king price always comes up with stories!!!!!! This is unacceptable
