Negligence and poor service of Kingprice Emergency Team

I wish to share a Trauma, negligence that I have suffered with my family on the hands of Kingprice insurance that I have been using for more than 5 years and referred number of friends and colleagues thinking that it is good. It was worst service ever that I don't even wish for any client to experience is his lifetime let alone risking our lives in through their negligence .

I want to confirm from the experience that I received from Kingprice emergency Team that it is not reliable at all and unsafe for their clients to rely on let alone the ignorance that you receive when sending emails to the team to clarify your enquiry. They don't even respond to your complaints. I have dealt with Dudley Motimele who never even care to resolve our enquiry and gave one response to confirm that he has received the email, no answers at all update

I reported an issue of the breakdown that was dispatched to come and fetch our vehicle at the police station including a bad service that was accompanied with wreck vehicle that was transporting us back home +/- 70 km from the police station. It was the worst risk of our lives and family to be transported in that manner and we would appreciate to know from King Price team why play with clients lives ?

The condition of the vehicle that was sent by Insurance and transporting home was so bad in as much when it was at the police station to fetch us the police officers were so concerned about our safety and wanted to even fine the driver of the vehicle due to the poor condition of the vehicle but we had no choice since we were stranded. It was sad moment for myself , my wife and family at large to receive such treatment. The vehicle licence disc for the vehicle in question was last licenced in 31-05-2020 let alone the vehicle condition.

I really don't think that we deserve such services and that is what we are paying for when we choose the insurance

We really had so much trust in King Price services however they let us down badly and our safety was at stake in their hands.
