Needed breakdown assistance

Needed breakdown assistance. All was done very well. Unfortunately dispatching of the recovery included TMI (too much information) while having to deal with an emergency next to the road. In the end critical information supp**** like location and contact detail of the person at the vehicle to be recovered, didn't go through to the recovery vehicle and had to be supp**** again amidst lots of critical other communication.
