Need my car repaired

We were involved in an accident in November 2023 wherein a client of King Price Insurance knocked us from the behind. I contacted King Price Insurance and asked for 3 Quotations which i provided to them. They got back to me and told me that their panel beater would do it for almost a third of the price. i went to their recommended panel beater and was given a quote for just over a thousand rand less then the the original 3 Quotations which I had handed to them. Now they are telling me that my vehicle is out of warranty so they cannot pay their labour rate. This is absolutely ridiculous -your client knocked me from behind and King Price must settle to repair my car. I am not obliged to use your service providers and I am with in my right to have my car repaired at my choice of repairer and then send the bill of payment. i am using this as my final request to have this repair finalized for the quote amount. I am not interested in anything relating to warranty or guarantees etc. your client knocked my car from behind and therefore King Price is responsible to settle my repair cost in full cost.
