I am so frustrated, my car window on the drivers side was shuttered on Friday 05/03/2021 and I logged a claim with King Price on the same day. I was told that the claim was logged and has been sent to the service provider who will fix my window, however the service provider hasn't contacted me. I contacted the service provider, they didn't have the parts on Friday but on Monday they will receive the parts. When I called on Monday 08/03/2021 kept on saying that they will get back to me. I am so frustrated because I can't use my car, I didn't go to work on Friday and then when requesting a courtesy car I have been sent from pillar to post.

23 Mar 2021, 11:25I just want to thank King Price, my car window was fixed on the 10th of March 2021 and I have been assessing if it is working properly, since I had to wait for 48 hrs before I could use it.
