Natalie O'Callaghan @ claims team of King price is a STAR

I would like to take this opportunity to share a fabulous experience I had with Natalie @ King price's claims team.

1) I had an issue with my Solar geyser and was struggling to manage the cold weather with two small kids at home. 2) As soon as I got connected with Natalie, she was super quick to send someone home to access the situation. 3) I also hired another plumber to review this and came to a conclusion that I will be more comfortable to get this done via a plumber of my choice. 4) Natalie understood this request and promptly arranged for the pay out for me to do the repairs. 5) In addition to what your insurance company paid me, I added a few thousand Rands and have now successfully fixed the problem and added another gas geyser to my property. Allowing us to manage the cold days better, and stay warm at lower cost.

Natalie is a star and throughout this journey was very professional and knew her work really well. I will never leave king price, if you continue to have awesome staff like Natalie.
