Natalie O'Callaghan - a Queen at King Price!

Natalie O'Callaghan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the past few weeks. My claim resulted from accidental damage which occurred whilst I was on a work trip - despite reporting it immediately, Natalie assured me that all processes would be good to go as soon as I returned back to Cape Town - and that is exactly what followed! The morning after arriving back, my item was promptly collected. And within a few days, the outcome of the assessment and my options communicated. Notwithstanding how comforting it is to hear a kind and ever-friendly voice on the other end of the line, Natalie made sure to keep me informed (even whilst out of Province) and ensured I felt looked after.
