Narisa has been very helpful. She called to review my policy and ended assisting with a few changes on my car insurance including a building insurance. She calmed me down after getting 2 calls that were very unnecessary, cause of some staff that don't seem to know what they doing. The staff that gave the agents my number to call are very unprofessional, calling a client who is being serviced already makes the company look *********** of what the company is doing. Seems like King Price is running a ****a Shop. My suggestion as someone who has worked for one of the biggest Telecoms companies, is that agents need to do refresher co****s. This way such incidents do not happen again making your company.
