I had a policy with King Price KP*** with much regret. I had an accident with my vehicle 5/12/2020. Then all hell broke loose with King Prices lies - I have the proof on how they **** to me on e-mails send. At one time they could not remembered what their previous lies was and then **** another one. So it carried on. I had a few specified items on the vehicle that was damaged. King Price replaces the items for a much cheaper one - Bonnet guard was specified for R3 500.00 and they replaced it with a R300.00 one that didn't even look the same. Now they want to pay me back the specified premiums that I've paid over the period MINUS the R300.00 they paid for the cheap replacement. Thus saying to me that they won't pay for the bonnet guard at all. On e-mails send to me they said that the assessment was done in December. After a lot of enquiries they told me that will follow up with the assessor. At the end of December another e-mail from them to inform me that they still follow up with the assessor but at that time they already knew the assessment was not done. Then the assessment was done in mid January. Eventually I received the vehicle back in mid March - after 3 months - and then everything was not repaired as per the assessment report. Then parts that was stipulated on the assessment report is ordered - after waiting already 3 months for repairs. King Price is quick to tell you to be honest at all times else it may affect your claim - but they **** - in writing - and doesn't give a **** about it. I didn't expect so many lies and dishonesty from an insurance company. Thank goodness I changed to another insurance company because I'm fed up with King Price's lies and dishonesty. BE CARFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE - NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES. Bunch of dishonest liers.
