My word, I can’t believe this

I have been insured with King Price for 5 years, and since my car was involved in an accident on the 26th of December, I have not slept well or eaten well. I have spent 19000 on car rentals from the airport whilst my car was parked at an unauthorized repairer, then my car’s motor plan was voided (a motor plan I purchased for R26000), the my car was written off when it eventually got to the authorized repairer. Now I’m the peasant made to look like I’m looking for a quick buck, SEM management expressing they would only pay me R3.5k for all they have done to me. You guys deserve a letter to Checkpoint, special assignment etc, so South Africa can be alerted of your ********** behavior. So you are saying I had to personally fund the unauthorized panel beaters?
