My wife had a accident on Friday 13 March 2026 around 4pm. I submitted a claim on Monday 16 March 2026. The agent communicated with me on the watsapp app and guided me to what documents and pictures of the accident and vehicle to summit .Then I was immediately given a claim number . Monday the same day I received a call from the panel beaters to bring vehicle to assess damage. Tuesday assessment was done and submitted Wednesday. Thursday afternoon my claim was approved.
