I was kept abreast of all developments during the claim and the app made it very easy to track the different stages of the claim. My claim was handled very efficiently by Veronique Naude and I was assisted and advised by Justice Moshidi who helped me conclude the policy. The only unfortunate part of the experience was that I didn’t get a rental car.
