My service was cancelled last year due to unforeseen circumstances, but when I reached out today insurance, I was welcomed back by a lovely lady named Clevaan, very bubbly and brutally honest. Didn't attempt to oversell products and was very calm when asked scenario based questions. A true ambassador for your team and I hope she is moulded into a manager as she will surely allow her ethics to flow down to her team. Glad to be back.
