my safety at risk due to poor service from kings price.

I am with kings price insurance for the past 2 years now , unfortunately was involved in an accident on the 15 of April 2019. car was towed to their storage the same day. claim was submitted same day. my claim was only approved on the 10th of May after pushing hard and writing emails after emails complaining about their delay. car rental has expired and i have to walk to work , i am working shifts and its not safe to walk at night since i have no car. now i have to wait again since they are waiting for parts on the other side i am struggling with transport to work . their process is very slow for me and my safety is at risk now because they are failing to service their customers on time.
