My Royal Treatment Experience

<p>Long story - short...</p> <p> </p> <p>Decided to try out King Price Vehicle insurance after they had offered me the cheapest quote (premium, excess & liability), which even my existing insurer for the past 5 years could not beat. Signing up was seamless and the agents who assisted me where extremely helpful and efficient. </p> <p>Sadly a few months down the line I had an accident . I had unfortunately not included car hire in my policy and had to hire a vehicle at my own cost. Decided to try my luck with King Price...</p> <p>I was directed to a claim manager Tebogo Deplu, she was very pleasant and understood my situation. She had made my day a whole lot better as she had informed me that she could arrange that I get some King Price customer benefits if I hire my car from their affiliated car hire company.</p> <p>Im glad i had asked as she had saved me some bucks. Definitely Royal Treatment.</p> <p>While sharing my experience, I would definitely like to mention 2 other people who were also involved in the process, Jonathan Routledge & Johann Kasselman . Most friendly and professional individuals ever. Thanks guys, your service made a difference on me. The level of service in this country is... well lets jus say... "im sure you all know" ... and when you to get good service, it definately deserves complimenting. So thanks guys, you both are definitely and asset to your organisation. Two thumbs up! </p> <p>Collected vehicle, excellent job. Just called and added car hire, increased premium by a few Rands, deinitely worth it if you dont have a spare vehicle. The excellent service did not end there. The lady who assisted me with the car hire addition, Tumi Moleele, was great chatting with you, and thanks for making me laugh, best medicine. Thank you for the great attitude and efficient service, you should get a raise or some sort of incentive ;-) because you have just made me smile. Thank you.</p> <p>5 different people, probably from different departments of the organisation, all, more than willing to assist in whatever way they can while being pleasant and efficient! </p> <p>Great job King Price</p>
