My premiums did not decrease for 6 months

Hi,

King price has misleading advertising, my premiums have not reduced in the last 6 months...

But you know what is even better? King Price decided to send me a letter of increase which is more than 11%! That what you call funny business KP.

Time for me to jack out this insurer and search for a better and honest one!

Hello vmessa786,

Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!

These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. We will look into your premiums and provide you with feedback ASAP.

But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... So I have sent a copy of your message on to our retentions department who will be in touch shortly to discuss your policy.

Royal regards,

The king and his court

Best regards,
