My king price insurance nightmare!!!

Horrible horrible service from the time I lodge my complaint all kpi has tried to do is find a way out of paying my claim, I don't get any feedback it took over a week to even get my car assessed. And almost two weeks later they are still stuck in paper work and no one is concerned that I have no vehicle or that my car is still sitting at the assessment center.. Absolute nightmare of an insurance company and I would never advise even my worse enermy to take out this insurance!!!!!!!!
