My introduction into the King's family was exiting and the promises looked good up until i submitted my 1st insurance claim.Then our relationship turned sour.😔Was involved in a car accident where someone bumped me from behind.They were helpful in towing my car to their yard and then the trouble started.They declined my claim because of who the regular driver was and should be.My courtesy car was taken back and i was summoned to take my car from their within 7 days.I lodged a dispute and they promised to get back to me within 7 days and after 14days nothing happened.It was after another insurance company intervened and i threatened them to take them to the ombudsman they rep**** and promised to review the claim again.🤔 This is a traumatic experience for me as a pensioner and advise anyone to think very carefully before joining the King's family.🤔 Once bitten twice shy 🫣 🤬
