When one hears "how can we make your day royal?" One would probably chuckles and thinks "ja ja". But really overall and so far I have really felt and been treated like a VIP by the King Price consultants. Thank you, you are a breath of fresh air, please keep it up as I am yet to experience service as I have received from all your departments, from sales to customer services to even claims.

I was especially blown away by Mthokozisi Makalane's service when handling the swap of insurance on my vehicle I was doing for another vehicle. Even my brother and the car sale's man commented what a pleasure and how amazing your service and your general joyful demeanor is. I mean that sale's man had several trophies on his desk so I take it he has dealt with many different insurances and agents. You stood out Mthokozisi Makalane. Well done and thank you so much for saving me time and frustration. Thank you for not just great but truly excellent service and assistance.
