My consultant David Simpson called me within 1 minute of me requesting a quote which was super impressive. He was kind, polite and extremely thorough in going over everything with me. I love that while he is my contact now at King Price, all his colleagues are kept in the loop so I never have to explain my case to anyone, not to mention their quote came in R400 lower than my current insurer. It’s honestly the best customer service experience I’ve had in years!
