My claim was rejected with no solid reason

I took out a motor warranty with them in July, I then got an issue with my car in October. Because of time ,I didn't have time to take the car in for a quote. They then closed my claim after I had asked then to bare with me because of my busy schedules. When I finally got a chance to take it in. I had to write a motivation so as to have the claim reopened and they indeed reopened the claim. After only one day of verification they outright declined the claim stating that the items in the quote are not covered. My warranty plan cover internal engine components ie block, pistons .I ask is a camshaft not an internal engine component? Why was the claim declined because as far as I know camshafts are located within the engine. Also the car overheated but it was discovered that the issue was just a broken fan belt and the expansion bottle cap of which for me that there is no need to cover that cost. My query is with the camshafts . I also think they did not know that I am an automotive engineer and am currently employed as a yellow plant manager so I am more than well versed with anything to do with vehicles

Hi

Why do I even have to take this route, your people unfairly denied my claim and i am now supposed to chase you guy to investigate it ? This is a truly appalling that even though what i was claiming for was indeed part of my cover, it was rejected. I also feel like it was rejected because i kept calling to follow up on the progress and also it was dined because I am Zimbabwean. This is indeed very unfair and I will be taking this further through my lawyers.
