My claim was rejected and I don’t know the reason why , no one communicates with me

I filled a claim with king price , and since then the communication on their side has been poor, when I call customer care they just tell me they will get back to me and they don’t . I later checked on the app if there’s any feedback, I found that my claim has been rejected. After several calls to find out why it was rejected, they just tell me they will call me and I get nothing .

So far I am disappointed at how they handled things because i thought it was a good company. The lack of communication is really stressing me out because I have been paying all my instalments .
