My claim unfairly rejected by King Price Insurance

Im really so dissapointed with King Price who declined my claim unfairly. On the 26 of January 2019 i was from my friend in Gugulethu Cape Town and i happened to be bumbed by the white VW Polo. This VW Polo was drag racing with with another car, i think it was a white Honda in stellenbosch arterial just around 20:00. Both of these cars couldnt stop on the robots while the arrow was opened for me to go. in the midle of the road i was shocked when this VW Polo bumped me terrable on the left side of my car. someone who was driving behind these two cars and apparently who saw how the accident happened, took me to hopsital for medical attention as i was injured and really shocked the accident happened. King Price declined my claim saying i have left the scene ********ly. The paser which is the person who saw the accident took me to the hospital as i was injured and shocked. My question to King Price is that, what is to leave the scene ********ly after being attended by the medical practioner and also reported the accident within 24 hours at the blue downs police station . i also reported the accident to king price with 24 hours as well. my medical report shows that i was injured and no alcohol was found on me. There's nothing on the policy that says, i must wait in the scene to get emmergency service or i must wait for the police official on the scene. The policy says i must report the accident to the police station within 24 hours and also report the accident to the insurer and i have done those things as per the policy. King Price investigator also **** about me saying i was from social function and these's high probality that i was not sober. i said to them its not true that i was from the social function and i even asked King Price to go back to the recorded conversation between myself and the investogator because our conversation was recorded but still King Price didnt even listen to the recorded conversation to verify what was incorrectly reported about me and i had to leave with it till today. so still today my car was not paid by King Price because of assumptions and unfounded allegations that i left the scene ********ly and i would really appciate if hellopeter can assist.
