My claim process was hassle free. From processing my claim with Nothando Mbongwa who was very polite and communicated everything properly while waiting for the outcome of my claim. To the assessor Alexander Kidson who was also amazing in communicating EVERY SINGLE step in repairing my car till the day of me collecting the car when the repairs were done. Manos panel beaters also provided amazing service. From their craftsmanship to their communication, their staff is very open and polite. To finally Tsidi, Quenneth and the assessing team who without hesitation helped me with the extension of my courtesy car made my life so much easier. I honestly don’t regret choosing king price as my insurer. They are amazing! 👏🏽
