My car tire busted on the N2 road while I was miles away from home….i called King price insurance and I was assisted by the lady called Simone Dass…. She went beyond measures to ensure that I got the help I needed… while she had dispatched a tow truck… she kept on phoning me constantly to check if it has arrived… she kept calling me up until I got home to ensure that I was safe… to hear her putting so much pressure on the tow companies to ensure that they attend to me ASAP was amazing…. She kept on telling them that it’s getting dark and I’m alone on the road….now this service was beyond what I had imagined…please thank her for me
