My car had a mechanical issue and required road side assist The whatsapp line took a little longer than I wished , so made the call, They were able to assist me shortly after the call and continously checked in on me to ensure that I was still okay and assisted I wish they had a courtesy car for when you have a mechanical issue as your car is not in driving condition during that period
