My car broke down this afternoon as I was on my way home, in the middle of a traffic jam

My car broke down this afternoon as I was on my way home, in the middle of a traffic jam. I was panicking and scared, the lady who was an assistant was very professional and helped me to calm down. I was crying and she was very friendly. She made sure I was safe and calm untill the help arrived. She stayed with me on the phone the whole time.
